Because of warmer weather in February we have been able to get some of those uncompleted last fall jobs accomplished like raising our 2-way tower.   BJ and Cassia had an antenna they wanted to move from their windmill so BJ sat in a yellow tie down strap while Kyle raised him to remove the antenna.  Kyle then swung BJ and the antenna from the windmill to their recently raised 2-way tower. Thanks Kyle for making time with your crane to come help out.   So as BJ dropped tools and nuts attaching the antenna, Cassia and Natalie would climb part of the way up the tower to help him out.  This antenna switching job ended in the ER with BJ getting stitches. Last Sunday evening we celebrated Jan's brother Paul's birthday with his family. We had another good week in the shop. Spring will be here before we know it. I'm visiting with you on this fine Saturday evening from BJ and Cassia's house. You see, our internet hasn't worked all week. It's interesting how accustomed we become to technology. This is Jackson and Malaki at Grandma's house on Monday. They like to sit on the pedal tractors in my office. They both try and keep up with the big kids when they are around. It's hard to believe this is what Monday looked like after 4 inches of snow. Temps yesterday and today were both in the 60s and the snow is gone.  We continued to work on construction equipment this past week. Mike and Chuck are unloading the outer covering of a final drive on BJ's and my dozer.  Kurt does a good job when it comes to welding. He is finding and fixing cracks under the tracks on Mike's dozer. In some ways the events over the past months have made for a very long year. Many of you have had loved ones with health challenges. Special days come and go and remind us of folks lost.                       Sometimes workloads seem heavy. We all know of folks, or have experienced ourselves, financial situations that require belt tightening. Our countries leadership now and in the future look uncertain. Relationships are the key to making things happen. Yet when we hear folks speak ill of us we question ourselves. We say, "God, show us how to act justly, show mercy, and walk humbly with You for Your glory and others good". A wider focus shows promises and new beginnings all around us. Remember life consist of 10% what happens, and 90% how we respond. We can't control what happens. However we definitely have a say in how we respond to life. It's called attitude...
