Define Family

Growing up with siblings adds so many more options to ones list of things to do including chasing and running away from shadows.
Webster's definition of a family is descendants of a common ancestor. Sounds kind of prehistoric. The family below has added two more since this pic with another on the way.
Our country's culture and our leaders are doing their best to try and do away with the family structure as we know it.
If our culture succeeds in breaking down the family structure it can create a population dependent on it's government and the folks in charge of that government.
God created family so folks have a purpose. Families are a unit that teaches values, helps each other out, and gives folks to love.

The i in FAMiLY is to be small. It's not about me in family. It's about caring about others and teaching our children to do the same.
God expects us to take the blessings and benefits of families and be assets in society and contribute to our communities.
We are not only to be assets in society as family members but also assets in God's kingdom work with our treasures, our time, and our talents.
When you work with people you appreciate and care about, the work place becomes a family atmosphere.
When the days get long in the field they also get long in the home as the gals handle the responsibilities there.
Family is the glue that holds us together when things are broke, not just in the work place but in life as well.
The folks we ask for help with those special projects are family whether related or not.
The folks we go to church with become family. As brothers and sisters in Christ we care about, affirm, encourage, comfort, visit, and look after each other.
Our families, just like everything else we have, belong to the Lord. We are to hang on loosely.
Spouses, siblings, children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents, friends, fellow church members, and fellow workers are all gifts from God and are given to us to love and care about just as He loves and cares about us.
